Your first five minutes

Stand at the start and run /pa create <name>, then /pa checkpoint <name> at each checkpoint
Mark it finished with /pa ready <name>; players join with /pa join <name>
Set the lobby with /pa setlobby, and change course rules any time with /pa settings <name>
