This policy explains how Atrb Services Limited ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you use AtrbCode and AtrbCode Host. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK data protection law.
Atrb Services Limited is a company registered in England and Wales under Company Registration Number 17226687. Our registered office is Office 1279, 60 Tottenham Court Road, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 2EW, United Kingdom. You can reach us at founder@atrb.uk.
We do not see, handle or store your card details. All payments are processed by Stripe, who act as an independent data controller for that information. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they use it. We do not sell, rent, or share your payment information or individual transaction history with any third party, including commercial organisations, financial institutions, or governmental, administrative, or consular bodies, for commercial, verification, income-confirmation, or informational purposes. We will not release a client's individual payment records in response to any informal request, institutional enquiry, or third-party demand. Individual payment records are disclosed only where we are legally required to do so, and only to the extent of that legal obligation.
If you host a game server with us, the world data, configuration and player information on that server are stored on our infrastructure. We do not routinely access this content. We may access it where necessary to provide technical support you have requested, to investigate a suspected breach of our terms, or where we are legally required to do so.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, including Stripe for payments, our email provider for transactional messages, and our infrastructure provider for hosting. Each processes data on our instructions. We may also disclose data where required by law.
Our infrastructure is located within Europe. Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK data protection law.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion in certain circumstances, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email founder@atrb.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. It is required for the site to function and is not used for advertising or tracking across other websites.
Our services are not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Significant changes affecting your rights will be notified by email.
