These terms govern your use of services provided by Atrb Services Limited ("we", "us"), including AtrbCode web services and AtrbCode Host game server hosting. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must give accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract in your country.
Where you purchase design, development or related project work, the scope is what is described in your plan or agreed with us. Timescales are estimates. You are responsible for providing the content, access and information we need to carry out the work.
AtrbCode Host provides game servers, Discord bot hosting, managed databases and hosted apps (such as WordPress, n8n, Uptime Kuma and Vaultwarden) on a subscription basis. When you order, your server is created automatically and remains active for the period you paid for. You are responsible for what you run on your server and for the conduct of players who join it.
You must not use a server to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, run attacks against others, or host content that is illegal or that we reasonably consider abusive. We may suspend or remove a server that breaches these terms.
Resources in stages. Each plan lists the memory (RAM), storage and CPU it includes. A server, bot, database or app ordered from 24 October 2026 starts with part of its plan's resources and grows to the full plan as it needs them: you can ask for more at any time with the Request more button in your panel, up to what your plan includes, and storage also grows by itself as you fill it. Most requests are applied straight away; when one cannot be, we apply it as soon as possible and email you when it is active. We always provide everything your plan includes when you ask for it. Some changes to memory need a restart to take effect, which the panel tells you.
Agreeing before you pay. After you choose your server's settings on the configuration page, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms by ticking the box there before you continue to payment. We cannot take an order without that confirmation.
When a subscription expires, the server stops and its data is retained for a limited grace period before deletion. Extend before that period ends to keep your world.
Minecraft servers must follow Mojang's Minecraft End User License Agreement and Usage Guidelines (for example on selling in-game advantages). AtrbCode Host is not an official Minecraft service and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
If a server stops because of an error while it is meant to be running, we may start it again once automatically and tell you by email; if it fails again soon after, we leave it stopped so it cannot get stuck in a restart loop. Fixes suggested in the panel are only applied when you confirm them.
Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Payment is taken through Stripe. Discount codes apply only where stated and never to renewals. Renewals are charged at the standard rate.
Every payment for an AtrbCode product (Minecraft, Terraria, Factorio, Discord bot hosting, managed databases, hosted apps, Nozol, web services and the Virtual Assistant), including each renewal, includes a $1.00 service fee. The first plan an account buys of each product also includes a one-time $2.00 account fee for that product, which helps keep our plan prices low and is not charged again for that product. Wallet top-ups and invoices we issue for an agreed amount carry no fees. Subscriptions that started before 23 October 2026 keep the price they started with.
You can change a server's plan from your panel. Moving to a bigger plan costs that plan's price for the period you choose, starting that day; time left on your previous plan is not carried over, and the checkout shows how many days that is before you pay. Moving to a smaller plan costs a one-time $2.00 fee, and the remaining value of your current plan is turned into extra days on the smaller plan.
Under UK consumer law you may have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. However, because our services begin immediately, you agree that where you ask us to start straight away (for example by creating a server or beginning project work), you may lose that cancellation right once the service has been provided. Where work or hosting has not yet begun, contact us and we will arrange a refund.
All payments are final. We do not give refunds, including for a change of mind, for time you did not use, for cancelling a plan before its end, or for resources you did not ask for. Cancelling stops future payments; your plan keeps running until the end of the period you paid for.
This does not affect your statutory rights: if a service fails on our side and we cannot put it right within a reasonable time, or wherever the law requires a refund, we refund what the law requires.
We work to keep services online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Servers may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control, including attacks on our network. We are not liable for third-party outages beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data where you have not kept your own backups.
We may suspend or close an account or server that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where payment is missed. Where practical we will tell you why. You may close your account at any time; paid periods already used are not refundable except as set out above.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
AtrbCode Host is an independent service. It is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
