These terms govern your use of services provided by Atrb Services Limited ("we", "us"), including AtrbCode web services and AtrbCode Host game server hosting. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must give accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract in your country.
Where you purchase design, development or related project work, the scope is what is described in your plan or agreed with us. Timescales are estimates. You are responsible for providing the content, access and information we need to carry out the work.
AtrbCode Host provides game server hosting on a subscription basis. When you order, your server is created automatically and remains active for the period you paid for. You are responsible for what you run on your server and for the conduct of players who join it.
You must not use a server to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, run attacks against others, or host content that is illegal or that we reasonably consider abusive. We may suspend or remove a server that breaches these terms.
When a subscription expires, the server stops and its data is retained for a limited grace period before deletion. Extend before that period ends to keep your world.
Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Payment is taken through Stripe. Discount codes apply only where stated and never to renewals. Renewals are charged at the standard rate.
Under UK consumer law you may have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. However, because our services begin immediately, you agree that where you ask us to start straight away (for example by creating a server or beginning project work), you may lose that cancellation right once the service has been provided. Where work or hosting has not yet begun, contact us and we will arrange a refund.
If a service fails on our side and we cannot put it right within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a proportionate refund. Refunds are not given for a change of mind once a service has been delivered or a server has been used, except where required by law.
We work to keep services online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Servers may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control, including attacks on our network. We are not liable for third-party outages beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data where you have not kept your own backups.
We may suspend or close an account or server that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where payment is missed. Where practical we will tell you why. You may close your account at any time; paid periods already used are not refundable except as set out above.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
AtrbCode Host is an independent service. It is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
