My server is slow or crashed
Find the cause before changing anything.
- Open the Server doctor card. It reads your log and crash report and lists what it found in plain words, with a button to fix the common problems.
- The Resource usage card shows memory and CPU. If memory stays near the top, a bigger plan or fewer plugins help.
- For lag, the Performance tools card runs a profiler and can pre-generate the world so exploring does not lag.
- Still stuck? Open a support ticket and we will look at it with you.
If your server crashes, we restart it automatically and email you what the doctor found.
