No. Only the numbers and Telegram accounts you confirm while signed in can use it, every new link is emailed to you with a one-click disconnect, and big changes wait for your YES.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Use the WhatsApp and Telegram you already have. Linking takes about a minute.

Either, or both. Each account can link up to three of each, and you can pause or disconnect any of them at any time.
