Upload a multi-file bot (cogs, folders)

Projects with cogs, config files and folders work as they are.

  1. Zip your project folder (on Windows: right-click, Send to, Compressed folder). Leave out venv, node_modules and __pycache__; we skip them anyway.
  2. In the Files tab, choose the .zip. It replaces the project, keeps your folders and skips files we do not run.
  3. Check the Start file: we pick main.py, bot.py, index.js or the main from package.json when we find one; press Use as start next to another file to change it.
  4. Press Deploy. Small fixes later? Click any file to edit it in the browser, save with Ctrl+S, then Deploy.
Up to 40 MB per upload and 80 MB per project. Keep data your bot creates in /app/data instead.

Still stuck? Log in and ask support, or check the service status. New here? See bot hosting plans from $0.70 a month.
