Do you support Python bots?

Yes! Our platform is built specifically for Python Discord bots. Upload your main.py and requirements.txt, and we handle the rest. We use python:3.11-slim as the base image, so any pip-installable package works out of the box.

Do I get SSH or root access?

No. We manage the infrastructure so you don't have to. You control your bot through our dashboard — upload files, set environment variables, view logs, and start/stop/restart with one click. No server administration needed.

What happens if my bot crashes?

On Pro and Ultra plans, your bot automatically restarts if it crashes. The Starter plan does not include auto-restart, but you can manually restart from the dashboard anytime. All plans show real-time logs so you can debug issues quickly.

How do I upload my bot files?

When you provision a bot, you can upload your main.py and requirements.txt directly. After deployment, you can manage files and environment variables from your bot dashboard. We keep your bot token and other secrets encrypted at rest.
